Bit of a bargain, I love milkshakes and smoothies, good way to get your five a day... good way for some of the weeds on here to bulk themselves up a bit too by adding some whey protein.

I saw something in H&M that I was seriously tempted to buy, but just couldn't warrant paying £10 for, especially since I'm skint... a pair of bright orange long johns!

I'm all for buying orange shoes to get compliments in Vegas, but not many people will be able to see long johns. :P

Surely exercise is the first step for bulking up? :p

Well obviously, good diet too... exercise is pretty simple really.

Want to lose weight? Eat less move more.

Want to gain muscle mass? Lift heavy shit and eat more protein.

I've got that same Smoothie machine, it's pretty good. I've not used it in a while though, you have to put a fair whack of fruit in it to make anything tasty. There's an Aldi not far away which usually does 99p deals on fruit though, may get it back in action soon.

I was considering getting a weights bench and chucking it in the livingroom, but I think I'll wait til after Christmas and snap up an unwated christmas present on the cheap. It's not like I'm ever going to use it lol.

I don't know how much whey protein is, my idea of nutrition is 6 cups of tea & coffee a day, a bowl of soup and a packet of crisps for lunch & a frozen pizza or plate of pasta & sauce from a jar for tea. There's significant room for improvement lol.

I thought you sold FIFA 10 recently?

Nice size tv, those games will look amazing on it. I couldn't believe the difference in games when we bought our 32" Samsung 1080p tv, it made me want to play all the more ... except I'd no money to buy any games. Bah.

I did! But that was the package i got lol!

Haven't yet actually fired up the box since getting the new TV, but movies look even more awesome! :)

Yeah, even small sized avi files tend to look good on ours through the usb port on the dvd player. 250mb episode of Curb, for example, watched in full screen and you'd think it was a HD rip. That'll be the up scaling no doubt?

I imagine so.

The only films i've watched so far are Wall-E and Cars, looked great even at 720p but 1080 is just something else!

Toys, toys and more toys. Still got a couple of hundred to spend on each kid too, no idea what to spend it on though.

Also grabbed some tester pots of paint to chuck at some canvas' we got. See how that turns out and either stick em on the wall or in the bin.

I've been meaning to do similar for years. Express my aggression though art. God knows I need to release it somehow.

We got a few toys so far, the kids are still scanning through the Argos and Smyths catalogues, undecided. 2 and 5yrs old ... such fussiness :D

Is he a hermaphrodite? 45mins? I rarely even use changing rooms, the odd time to try a Jeans on maybe. Anything else I take home, try on there, and on the rare occasion it doesn't' fit I take it back - I know my size. I hate going into women's stores with Jacky though, women don't get the "It'll be fine, looks nice off, will do on ... no need for trying on" - 45mins would be normal. I usually pop out for a smoke half way through.

I hate changing rooms. Well I hate clothes shops and want to be out of them as fast as possible. As a result I hardly ever get any new clothes. My mate buys new clothes all the time, but he's the bright colours, loving H&M sort. He is also the waistcoat and skinny tie sort. I would rather wear a tramps coat.

Bottle of wine here too, to go with my steak, but it was a little pricier - €9.99 - Wolf Blass Shiraz.

We've a bottle of white and some Captain morgan's spiced rum and cola too, on chill for watching a film later.

I got all the equipment I'm going to need for the upcoming martial arts classes today. Quite excited now, even after spending so much cash!

Space Invaders bobble hat from River Island - £10. :D

Normally I wouldn't pay that much for a hat that I'll only wear in the winter, but I've already got an awesome Space Invaders belt from there and I actually kinda suited it, which I don't usually think about hats at all.
