Sugar-free maple syrup is nowhere near as good as the real stuff, but it's better than nothing (which is the only other alternative for the fitness program I'm on :( )

A tiny bit of maple syrup wont make any difference. Everytime you eat & drink something you are never getting the exact same nutritional value, unless all your meals are prepared in a lab, the nutritional values you seen on the back of food packets are often only 80% accurate.... its not so much of an accurate science that a splash of syrup will make any difference.

"why haven't I seen any gains this month!? must have been those two grams of maple syrup I had with my pancakes three weeks ago!"

:p

 Whilst I would normally agree with this, your basic assumption is all wrong!! I basically have a pancake/soup.. I drown the buggers in maple syrup! 8) Any less than a flood of maple syrup isn't worth anything to me.

I found that pretty disturbing lol, wonder what cocktail of drugs the owners gave it to do that.

Eurgh, I've run out of food and can't be arsed to shop, had to entertain the ends of the loaf for tea tonight... luckily I had Branston baked beans though so it gave the "rich and tasty" tomato sauce its chance to come into play, last of the Cathedral City cheese got in on that action too, I'm always worried when I reach the end of the block that I'll end up grating my fingers up, was "wah-ferr thin"

Was pretty good in the end, once I picked the mold off the crusts.

Edit: just realised I made myself sound like a fucking peasant, I'm not, just can't be bothered to get a shop in.

I don't look like this:

Just got 1000/1000 on The Bourne Conspiracy. In 8 hours. Can't wait til my gf gets home from Germany 2moz, I need to be dragged away from my Xbox.

Never met the guy as he's been on duty since I started coming, but it makes it feel closer to home when someone from the gym you train at dies in action. Everyone there is absolutely gutted about it. He posted this video online on Christmas Day, looks scary: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MJ78kn2XXAM

My sister had a baby boy this morning.

Sad alright, but you didn't know him, so surely you becoming an Uncle is more important?

lol it wasn't really in order of importance, just seemed better than announcing being an uncle and then finishing on a downer with news that someone had died

his name is 'cody'

my intiail reaction is the same as it was the first time she had a baby (this is her second and i'm guessing last lol) and that is "... ... ..."

i shouldn't snigger at someone's name, let alone my own family, but i don't know what she was thinking

in 10-20 years time, there's going to be no normal names left... it's all going to be leyton, cody, wade, brooklyn, etc

Cody sounds very American, unless she's a mogwai fan? :D, when she's calling him for tea "COME ON, DIE YOUNG! IN FOR YOUR TEA!"
